Replacing the logo:
Find one of the pages that has the old logo.
Click on the old logo to select it.
Find the option "Uploads" on the left side and click "Upload an image".
Choose your new logo and click "Open".
Resize and move the new logo to the right spot. (If it seems to replace the image ignore it and keep editing to get in the spot you want then click the undo button and it should be in the right spot.)
Copy the new logo from that page (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) onto the other pages.
Your new logo will now appear in the same spot on all pages you paste it on.
Changing the colors:
To change the color of a single element, click on it, then select the "Styles" option at the top, and choose the color you want.
When changing the color of a single element, make sure to pick "Change all matching elements" to keep the template looking consistent
